Family life at the Tower
Haruka appears in the family portrait beside Shun, Yumi, Ryuji, and Mimi. She is also with Ryuji when Sawano breaks through the upper balcony in search of him. Her presence establishes that the Tower is an inhabited family home even at the moment outsiders fear it as Ryuji's prison.
Relationships
Haruka is Shun's daughter, Ryuji's sister, and part of the Tower household. Chapter 17 does not yet disclose a fuller account of her abilities, history, or later role.
